The quality of our product offerings and customer satisfaction are very important to us. To that end, we
have established processes to ensure that only the highest quality artwork is offered to all our customers.
In addition we offer our customers a satisfaction guarantee on all their purchases.
The initial step is ensuring that reputable, talented artists are recruited our network. All of our products
are checked initially by staff and then by the customers online prior to the shipment of the artwork.
Due the uniqueness of our product, we rely solely on the customer to pay close attention to the
personalizing and ordering process. We cannot be held accountable for the following situations: spelling
errors, punctuation, or inaccuracies in text entered by the customer. We offer the preview process in order
to eliminate any errors from slipping through. It is ultimately the customer's responsibility to proof read
and correct any errors within their artwork prior to completing the order. Although we are not responsible
for these types of customer generated errors, we are more than willing to work with you to resolve any
problem that you may have. Please contact us if you receive any product you are not satisfied with and we
will be glad to help.
If you would like to return a personalized product for any reason, you may notify us within 30 days of
initial preview email, if selected, or the physical delivery product for the full amount of the purchasing price
in the form of store credit.
Satisfaction Guarantee – Damaged Products Return
Should your receive artwork with damaged packaging or upon opening the artwork is in anyway damaged
please contact us immediately via returns@lodgeicsportsmansketches.com. We have a number of ways to
resolve such problems and our customer service department will be more than happy to guide you through
the appropriate steps to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
* LodgeIc Sportsman Sketches reserves the right to deny returns from customers with excessive return
history.
* Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and can not be returned for a refund.
